National Night Out is August 7th to be exact from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Corbett Grade School National Night Out is all about getting to know your neighbors and uniting to show criminals that we are banding together and fighting back. It’s about getting to know your Law Enforcement and Emergency Responders. The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office will be there with lot’s of demonstrations, River Patrol, SWAT and SAR (Search & Rescue) will also be there and hopefully the Deputy Dog showing us some of their tricks.
There will be Booths for Agencies, Clubs, Organizations, Businesses and more. NO SELLING is allowed but you can hand out information, display your products and collect information, so if you would like to have a booth please fill out the attached Booth Registration, Sponsorship & Donation Form. The booth fee is a $10 suggested donation.
This is a FREE event and there will be FREE FOOD served from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The Demonstrations will take place between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Please put it on your calendar, it will be an event you don’t want to miss. Invite your neighbors and spread the word. Please forward this to everyone in the community and ask them to do the same, let’s keep it going to get the whole community together. I have attched the Flyer for the event to post at your business, Church, Organization, etc.
