The 9pm numbers on election night show that two of the current school board members will be leaving with Mark Hyzer surviving a challenge.  Sis Childs and Brian James have been voted out.  This is 100% of the vote, so the numbers will probably not change.

Congratulations to the new board members and I look forward to seeing great things.

The winds of change are a little late to the damages and there is one last board meeting with the current board.  Corbett needs to turn out in force to this meeting because there is talk of getting last minute agenda items pushed through that need to be stopped and put off for the new board to vote.

Yes Thank-you and I am just as happy and ready to get started! There are many things we need to tackle and I look forward to it. I think we will see many new faces and maybe a sense of renewed hope and community involvement. Thanks to all who has supported us in this journey and we will not let you down.

Please, no more rolling eyes when mentioning school board meetings.  It will take time to slow the current run away train down and get the school back.  With the new board I hope that the right decisions will be made for the good of our students and school.

um ya.. good luck with that. Roll Eyes
