Wow...was it the break ins that is making him sell?? I read he was fed up with the crime rate going up....comments?

I can't say I know why ... but then again Phil seems to have worked very hard there for a very long time - if you had the chance to cash in and relax for a few years - wouldn't you? He may want to spend more time at home or on the road or who knows. I don't really know him personally - but I do know the break ins would be concerning to me as an owner... and I am sure the employees feel the same! Hopefully whoever buys it will keep most of the current staff - as they are community fixtures out here .... and it would be sad for them/us if they were to be let go ...
