Citizen Patrol volunteer, Robert, assisting in the repair and set-up of donated radios. $1300 was donated by the community about 2 years ago. This money allowed us to purchase antennas, cabling and connectors for 7 radios and 4 power supplies. Several Citizen Patrol members tested the radios and found that we had coverage from Cascade Locks to Aimes and as far west as Sauvie Island! These radios will allow us to communicate on patrols and with varying government agencies during times of disaster. Jim Stein also donated his job skills and his lift truck for installing an antenna at the Corbett Safety Action Team office. Thank you everyone for your help!
