NE Chamberlain Road near Corbett to close Dec. 10 for tree removal
NE Chamberlain Road in the Columbia River Gorge near Corbett will be closed to through traffic part of the day on Friday, December 10 for safety while several hazard trees near the road are removed.
The road will be closed to through traffic between Corbett Hill Road and Mershon Road from 7:30 am until as late as 2:30 pm. Flaggers will be stationed at each end of the road to provide access to local residents. Corbett Hill Road, Mershon Road and the Historic Columbia River Highway are alternate routes for through traffic during the road closure.
