Portland/Vancouver metro area residents may notice a temporary change in aircraft flight activity due to the Oregon Air National Guard 142nd Fighter Wing performing evening training operations October 22-25, 2018. Evening training is required to ensure pilots are fully prepared for both day and night operations. It is anticipated these flights will be completed by 10:00 p.m. on all dates.
