BOARD INVITED TO ATTEND COMMUNITY MEETING AT THE GRANGE PUT ON BY NEMCCA ON DECEMBER 2nd, 2013. CHAIRMAN O'NEIL ASKED THAT IT BE BEFORE THE NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING. Board notes here: http://corbettpost.com/csd-board-meeting-notes-12-2-2013/ ALMOST A MONTH LATER CHAIRMAN O'NEIL CONTACTED NEMCCA AND SAID THE MEETING WAS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO OSBA LAWS. (Without citing any laws ) It would appear no laws would have been broken at all and that the Chairman made the decision (on behalf of the board) under the direction of the Superintendent.
