Last month Citizen Patrol members found that a large load of trash and remodeling materials had been dumped at the base of Corbett Hill Rd, off I84. After an investigation, the suspect was located. Here, he's seen loading up one of his two loads of junk. He dumped both loads to avoid approx. $100 in dump fees.

Deputies with our Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation that led the the arrest of several subjects and the seizure of nearly 100lbs of methamphetamine. This was the largest seizure in our agency's history. Street Value is over 2 million dollars.

The Sheriff's Office Citizen Patrol volunteer unit  has a new website with information and photos about the program: www.mcsocp.com.
