Our cattle graze on chemical free pastures in spring and summer. In the winter months they free graze on
crested wheat in a mud free environment and are supplemented with hay grown without chemicals.
They are given free choice, unlimited access to natural minerals and protein to maintain
healthy digestion and well-being to eliminate the necessity of antibiotic treatment due to
illness.
The quality of our grass fed beef is seen in the texture and taste. Our cattle come from seed
stock that continually grades 85–87% USDA choice and prime.
