There will be a community Easter egg hunt taking place at the Corbett Elementary School on Saturday, March 23rd from 10am to 12pm.
There will be additional activities occurring as well as the Easter egg hunt, including carnival games, face-painting, balloon animals and bouncy houses. All activities are intended for elementary-aged children, and the Easter egg hunt is for one-year-olds through 5th graders. Middle school students will help run the event, and will also be serving popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones and hot dogs. All food and activities will be free, but donations will be accepted.
The money raised will be going to the family of a little girl named Olivia Howell. She is a preschool student in the elementary. She was diagnosed with Leukemia a couple months back and she could use all the help she can get. So come on down and enjoy a free event that will support a great cause. It will be lots of fun!
