Stark Street Bridge closed for repairs on September 28th. Mark your calendars. More Details: The Stark Street Bridge over the Sandy River will be closed for repairs on Wednesday, September 28 from 8 am to 4:30 pm.  During the one-day closure, crews will repair potholes and joints in the deck, repair the guardrail, and lay down pavement stripes. Travelers will need to use alternate routes such as Interstate 84 or the Historic Columbia River Highway through downtown Troutdale.
