No shots or hormones or additives at any time in their lives, they live an easy life with no crowding. Angus half for sale, usual variety of cuts, and Herford all in extra lean hamburger. Price: for the half : (Hanging weight was 611 lbs, a big cow!) is 2.25/lb plus cut and wrap (.55/lb) so 2.80/lb hanging weight; which is $1710 for the half beef. Price: for x lean hamburger: $4.50/lb, or if you buy 25 lbs or more, $4.00/lb They are at the Corbett Country Market now, cut and wrapped Note: Hanging weight is about twice as much as the finished cut and wrapped weight.
