This month marked an end to a 3-year investigation of the dumping of human waste in fast-food cups along some of our roads. A citizen tip led to a "cite and release" arrest of the involved person. The case has been forwarded to the District Attorney. The county code enforcement officer also identified a suspect in a second 3-year old illegal dumping case that occurred near SE Troutdale Road.
