Cougars have been seen on Louden Rd. and one apparently killed a farm animal. Please be aware and take precautions. Also, a young woman was killed on Oxbow Drive this morning, 3/1/16, by a large rotten tree. Falling trees have killed or injured several person s this past year. Sadly, past NEMCCA President, Glenn Putnam, passed away yesterday at the hospital due to health reasons. He will be missed.
