Troutdale, OR (next to Safeway) Members-Only: Saturday morning 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. (you can purchase a Friends of the Library membership at the door). Open to the General Public: Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (On Sunday, everything will be 50% off).
